A full-spec pitch is a big investment for an agency (time devoted, people involved, multiple specialties, technical costs).The weight of this investment should be shared equitably between the brand and the agency, because the challenge is a common one.Failing to offer decent remuneration to an agency that invests and is deeply committed, means kicking off in a relational vacuum, and we refuse to do that.
We refuse to work with brands that intentionally fail to respect:

– women
– children
– animals
– the planet
– the fundamental rights of countries in which they carry out their business.
